Capt. Neese is twenty-eight years old and lives in Seattle WA.

He has two young kids and is the youngest captain in the Bering Sea Fleet.

He age does nothing to his experience though because he has put in some ten years as a professional fisherman.

He began fishing at the age of twelve and as early as nineteen he was already running his first cod fishing vessel.

A fiend of Josh Harris, he has received tutelage from some of the best hands in the business and his vessel actually has the youngest crew on board save for the greenhorn who happens to be the oldest!

The energy level of the crew is high and the Rambling Rose happens to be one of the smallest vessels in the fleet. Leaving the wheel in the hands of the deckboss to go and join in the work on deck is not uncommon with him.

He spends close to ten months on sea and drives the energetic crew to its limit. If hard work guarantees success then the captain is a sure candidate of making a success out of this venture of his.
