Tony is forty years old and lives in Kent WA. He has been in the fishing business for some twenty years now but he only started working with Captain Bill last year.

But he had been on the Kodiak before when another skipper held the wheel house and this has helped him because he kind of knows the vessel better than most. It also gives him an edge to being the Deckboss since he is familiar with the ship.

He has a very quiet and unobtrusive personality and is a hard worker and these could serve him well as a leader but we will just have to wait and see.
